O que um(a) Sr HRBP Manager de sucesso faz na Fiserv?

  • Work closely together with the local Brazil leadership team to drive our HR strategies
  • Strategy leadership understand the Business drivers, the current and long-term strategy and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the Business.
  • Lead and collaborate on building capability and workforce strategies that will improve business performance (manage our talent, oversee performance, promotion and compensation)
  • Identify needs and support the business by working to implement people-oriented programs that positively impact business units.
  • Navigate complex situations, environments and team dynamics including reorganizations, cases, etc.
  • Take a data-driven approach to all HR processes while identifying opportunities for improvement

O que buscamos em um(a) candidato(a)?

  • You’ve got solid experience working with different areas, managers and leaders at all levels in a business partner role at a high-pace company
  • Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation/influence to managers and employees on issues regarding staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies and performance management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; advanced English proficiency
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects and connect these initiatives to higher strategy and context that are also simultaneously evolving
  • You are able to question the status quo and work with the leadership team to define new solutions
