Job Title

What does a Senior Production Operator do at Fiserv?

You will process orders of new and refurbished Point of Sale equipment, utilizing a computerized inventory tracking system to carry out order fulfillment requirements and productivity.

What you will do:

• Pull/Program and kitting of client orders for outbound shipping.
• Assist with coordinating workflow
• Occasionally operate heavy electric equipment such as a standup forklift.
• Participate in process improvement activities
• Assist with process documentation and training
• Assist with data collection and analysis

What you will need to have:

• 3+ years' experience with basic computer systems (email, excel, Oracle a plus) and accessories (handheld scanners, printers)
• 2 + year’s of previous lead, supervisor -leadership experience in a production environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift  50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull daily
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 -12 hours

What would be great to have:

• Order fulfillment experience (Injection/Download / Shipping of POS devices would be an advantage)
• 5 years as a senior member in a team environment 
• 2+ years’ experience working with technology and doing basic troubleshooting of computer systems/tools etc.
• 6S standards experience

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
