Job Title

• Ability to understand the status messages in complex technical situations and get trained on the new process.
• ATM incident management.
• Good understanding of ATM faults
• Troubleshooting on the issues related to ATMs for Managed and Non managed services.
• Good at communication Skills, Ability to work on the new requirements.
• Good at understanding the requirements and solution designing through process maps.
• Optimize to use and manage SLAs and Escalations
• Understanding on patching schedule of the ATMS
• Preventive testing for accuracy and to identify and resolve problems proactively before these even occur.
• Experience of online and ATM test environment management to test software upgrades and scenario-based testing for incorrect dispatches
