Risk Assurance - Sr. Advisor IIWhat does a Risk Assurance - Sr. Advisor II do?
The Risk Assurance - Sr. Advisor II is responsible for supporting their manager and the broader Enterprise Risk and Controls (ERC) organization in successfully executing the ERC strategy. In this role, you are expected to engage with senior Risk leaders across Fiserv, as well as with key stakeholders in other functions such as Finance, HR, and Corporate Communications.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Work with your manager and senior Risk leaders to understand and execute the ERC Strategy, specifically for monitoring and reporting the status of key initiatives.
- Set with your manager’s input appropriate agendas and facilitate staff meetings, leader alignment meetings, and town halls.
- Coordinate with content owners to ensure timely completion of required materials for Management Committee, Executive Risk Committee, Board Risk Committee, and other meetings.
- Coordinate with ERC leaders to ensure timely completion of ERC department scorecards.
- Coordinate with ERC leaders to assign and manage ERC analyst/intern programs.
- Partner with your manager and Finance to make financial decisions for the department and ensure we remain within our targeted forecast.
- Coordinate with your manager and Communications partners to develop and implement a communication strategy for the ERC department.
- Engage with HR partners as needed.
What we need you to have:
- 5+ years of work experience in financial services/financial services technology or management consulting organizations.
- Delivering high quality of work on time.
- Strong project management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to influence different levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in one or more of the following – Math, Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Technology.
What we would like you to have:
- 3+ years of risk management experience (e.g., internal audit, risk management, regulatory compliance, technology, or operations).
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
