What does a successful Product Owner do? 

As a Product Owner at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of driving product vision and strategy to deliver innovative financial solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure product offerings meet market demands and exceed client expectations. Your ability to bridge technical and business worlds will be key in delivering high-quality products that align with our company's goals and vision.

What you will do:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and deliverables.

What you will need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 6+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with the EFTPS Cloud Security.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 6+ years of experience in financial services or fintech industry.
• 7+ years of experience with product lifecycle management.
• Recognized certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
