Client Support Specialist / Spezialist für Kundenbetreuung (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung und Betreuung von Ihnen zugeordneten Klienten im Tagesgeschäft

  • Bearbeitung von Störungen, gemäß den mit dem Klienten vereinbarten Prozessen und Systemen

  • Prüfung von Prozessen und stetige Aktualisierung von Prozessbeschreibungen

  • Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B.: Führen eines Issue Logs, Prüfung und Anpassung von Sondervereinbarungen mit Kooperationspartnern, Prüfung und Fakturierung von Leistungen für Kunden

  • Erfassung und Aufbereitung von Daten für Client Management, Kooperationspartner und Klienten

  • Anwendung von Branchenspezifischen Systemen und Programmen

  • Teilnahme an der rotierenden Rufbereitschaf

as Sie benötigen

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Vorherige Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Position im Backoffice

  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word und Excel

Std:

  • 40 hours per week,Montag – Freitag – 09:00 – 17:30 Uh
