Cash Flow Central Sales ExecutiveWhat a Cash Flow Sales Executive will do:
Fiserv is hiring a high-performing Cash Flow Sales Executive to help us meet our customer strategic goals in the ePayments business group. There is always new product development that keeps the position interesting as we are continuing to develop and integrate new capabilities and functionality. This position is for self-starters and allows associates solve problems and think strategically with our clients. This Sales Executive will partner with the Account Executives and will be responsible for assisting with operational and strategic needs. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting client relationships and driving resolution to internal and external issues through influence, collaboration, and leadership behavior. Additionally, the Sales Executive provides clients with industry best practices and strategic input in service to deepening the overall partnership, The Sales Executive will support the sales of add-on products and services through the sales cycle and into implementation. Clients will leverage the account executive as an operational point of escalation when appropriate. Finally, the Sales Executive will continually illustrate the value of the Fiserv partnership by providing measurement data such as ROIs and program performance updates.
What you need to have:
- Proactively manage the operational requirements of ePayments client base; ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to assigned client base.
- Responsible for managing and developing operational relationships with client base; contributing to client satisfaction with service delivery.
- Deliver the value proposition and builds relationships at all levels of the client organization; client contact is usually at mid-management level. Collaborates and Partner with Account Executive on account planning.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements between Fiserv and assigned client base; including but not limited to cost saving initiatives.
- Participate in implementations and ensures ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements by facilitating matrix team resources to ensure project timelines are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and participates in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure that operational teams and matrix teams (subcontractors) maintain a clear understanding of the client's needs and provides day-to-day client advice and support.
- Identify and recommend changes in procedures and scope of delivery.
- Travel required - approx. 60%.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous financial services industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Aptitude for technology and analysis tools
