Job Title

Financial Analyst

  • Partner with Global Digital Commerce product team:
    • Develop financial models to key stake holders
    • Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual technology spend by product area and work with accounting and project management teams to ensure proper capitalization
  • Assist in monthly financial close including:
    • Prepare Product Level P&L’s and KPI’s for both Domestic and International Entities
    • Prepare journal entries
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial review decks
    • Analyze variances and trends in sales, revenue, expense, and general business conditions.  Identify key data points and trends that demonstrate the relationship between operational, financial and performance goals.
    • Evaluate revenue and transaction performance to provide actionable insights.  Identify revenue and profitable growth opportunities through portfolio analytics.
    • Monitor and control operating expense to ensure alignment with budget. 
    • Offer excellent quantitative analysis and qualitative business judgement
  • Build and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting through Power Pivots, Power BI and PowerPoint. Create and maintain dashboards / KPI trends
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA and/or CA preferred. 5-7 years of applicable finance/accounting experience.

  • Candidate should possess strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills, and is flexible / adaptable.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • The ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and to effectively meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment is necessary.
  • The candidate must manage and prioritize workloads both in a team environment and independently.
  • Experience with Essbase/Smartview, SAP, Oracle general ledger modules, Access and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI (or similar Business Intelligence tools)
