What does a successful Sales Operations Coordinator do at Fiserv?

 As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Fiserv, you will be responsible for assisting our sales reps with getting accounts approved by working hand in hand with our Underwriting team. The role also involves handling operational tasks to ensure our sales reps can operate efficiently. What you will do:

•  Collect necessary documentation such as driver’s licenses, bank statements (last three months), profit and loss sheets, and 501(c) proof to determine eligibility.
•  Initiate calls, address pending matters, manage emails, and submit applications to underwriting.
• Follow up on new applications only. This person will be on the phones, talking to customers.
• Manage cases originating from co-pilot via email, collaborate with seven representatives, and engage with various merchants across 100 locations.
• Work closely with underwriting, which has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 2-3 days for document processing. Ensure merchants provide the required documents for continued processing.
•  Assist sales reps in getting accounts approved by collaborating closely with the Underwriting team.

What you will need to have:

• 3 years of experience in sales operations, data entry, customer service or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical abilities to interpret sales data.
• High School Diploma or GED, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) or financial services industry, with 3 years in related roles.
• Familiarity with salesforce automation tools.
• Certification in sales operations or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
