LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Perform detailed investigation into Application Authentication requirement. Design access solutions that are consistent with Fiserv policies and application requirements. Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully. Lead the knowledge sharing sessions where team shares ideas and new features of the product. Work with application teams to resolve non-production and production issues. Work with cross functional teams to triage and resolve incidents. Proactively monitor Fiserv enterprise systems. Develop new alerts or dashboards as required.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving experience designing, building, and supporting Access Authentication Solutions using IAM tools. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Engineering or a related field and 5 years in any job title involving experience designing, building, and supporting Access Authentication Solutions using IAM tools. Prior experience must include: 5 years working with Single-Sign-On tools including PingAccess, PingFederate, PingOne MFA, PingOne Protect, PingDirectory, and Azure EntraID; Integration experience with industry standard protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect; Phishing resistant protocols including FIDO2; Working with Scrum and Kanban methodologies; Using Unix-based and Linux-based systems for troubleshooting P1 and P2 incidents; Using LDAP commands for troubleshooting PingDirectory issues; Creating architecture diagrams using Visio; Leading whiteboard sessions with Application Engineers; and Resolving P1 and P2 incidents regarding authentication.
