Client Services ManagerClient Services Manager
Provides clients (direct and indirect) and their customers with service and solution support post implementation and conversion, serving as an advocate with primary responsibility for driving client and customer satisfaction. Jobs in this group function as a liaison between Fiserv and its clients/customers, working to resolve problems and ensure services and solutions are delivered as expected.
Responsabilities
- Operates as the client (B2B) point of contact and/or point of escalation for moderate to highly complex questions, requests, and service issues.
- May serve as a subject matter expert for products and services.
- Provides company clients (B2B), proactive outreach interaction and timely responses to services and product solutions.
- Receives and resolves product and service related issues escalated from level I client support associates.
- Serves as an escalation point for other internal resources for service related topics.
- Works cross-functionally with other support entities such as development and product management.
- Provides service support to both internal and external clients for a specific product or group of products, and is considered the primary liaison between the client and Fiserv
- Provides detailed information about the company’s services and payments products.
- Provides consulting services in order to meet client and company objectives, and fosters positive relationships with the client and internal departments.
- Resolves moderately-to-complex customer problems within the designated product lines and following E2E troubleshooting process.
- Full product service issue accountability, including incident reports, communication center notification, Service Point item records, adhering to client service level agreements.
- Train clients on effectively using payments products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in similar positions (depends of the grade)
- In-depth understanding of functional banking products.
- Previous experience being liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated, understood, and met (+5 years)
- Proven experience as a Client Services Analyst or similar client-support role.
- Strong knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Intermediate or advanced english
