What does a successful Product Director do?

Fiserv Iberia Product Director sets and drives the execution of the Fiserv acquirer processing strategy in Spain and Portugal and delivers on an ambitious growth plan and associated regional P&L. As a subject matter expert in digital payment acceptance, orchestration, alternative payments, FX or risk, you will provide cross-functional leadership and bring entrepreneurial spirit to help deliver profitable, problem-oriented solutions to client needs.

What you will do

• Champion Iberia market needs as part of the Fiserv Iberia management team.
• Understand the market and ensure regional needs are prioritised accordingly
• Shape and execute on our Acquiring-as-a-Service product vision in Iberia and Europe.
• Manage products, strategic and tactically, through the product lifecycle in close collaboration with the Fiserv global product team and our clients.
• Create the regional product roadmap and integrate this into the global product roadmap
• Define the go-to-market, in coordination with our clients, to enable and propel new sales
• Drive the commercialisation of all aspects of the Fiserv Acquiring-as-a-Service product within our client banks.

What you will need to have

• 10+ years’ experience in the consultancy, payments or fintech industries
• 5+ years’ business development and product management experience
• 5+ years managing sales and/or product teams
• Hands-on experience in acceptance, acquiring and digital solution market in Spain and Portugal and across different payment stakeholders e.g. retail/merchant, PSPs, schemes, processors, etc.
• Native Spanish speaker and very fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
