What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Settlement Controls Solutions Product Manager, you will be responsible to develop and manage products from conception to launch.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure settlement products meet market demands and customer needs.  The products you will support will be complex, large-scale, high priority, and strategic driving new products for the settlement organization. You will work closely with Senior Director Program Management to report product status and KPIs.

What you will do:

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success criteria.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Analyze customer requirements and assist in creating product specifications and documentation.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
• Identify and mitigate product risks and issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to solution new business into settlement infrastructure.
• Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility and throughout the lifecycle.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years experience in Product Management
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office
• 6+ years’ of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
  

What would be great to have:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience working in Fin-Tech organization
• Familiarity with Clarity, Jira, Confluence project portfolio software
• Knowledge of data analytics, eg Power BI, SQL

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
