Red Carpet Client Business Executive

What does a successful Red Carpet Client Business Executive do at Fiserv?
You will cultivate relationships, drive sales, and contribute significantly to our mission of being a partner in possibility for our newly signed independent sales organization (ISO) clients, assisting them in expanding their business on Fiserv platforms. You will navigate Fiserv resources, present new products, and services, and foster strong client relationships. 

What you will do:

  • Help ISO clients navigate the Fiserv ecosystem to maximize their business potential
  • Present and sell new and improved Fiserv products and services to clients.
  • Generate a specified annual contract value managing a portfolio of 8 to10 new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Evaluate client needs and create tailored solutions to address those needs, fostering their business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and provide general sales support, such as demoing PayFac Exchange, explaining interchange fees, and assisting in selling gateway solutions. 


What you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in merchant services, including ISO experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing client relationships within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrate a 3-year history of meeting and exceeding quotas with clear metrics on client growth and retention 
  • 5+ years of experience in presenting and selling financial services products
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent military experience

What would be great to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with Fiserv’s product offerings and platforms
  • Experience presenting payment and gateway solutions in support of agent sales teams in closing deals.
  • Experience in delivering innovative solutions to complex client challenges
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve client objectives

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
