Was macht ein erfolgreicher Leiter Produkt

• Produktverantwortung für POS und E-Commerce und gegebenenfalls Software as a Service in Koordination und Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Shareholdern (Deutsche Bank und Fiserv)

  • Identifikation von markt- und kundenspezifischen Produktanforderungen

  • Strategische Produktentwicklung & end2end Journey aus Händlersicht

  • Übergreifendes, interdisziplinäres Projekt-/Releasemanagement inkl. Testplanung und Durchführung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und umfassende Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations und Sales)

  • Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Integrationsschnittstellen

  • Analyse von Kundenrückmeldungen und Produktdaten (Reportings & KPIs)

  • Unterstützung beim Abschluss neuer Partnerschaften

  • Vertriebsenablement in Form von Produktsupport

  • Regelmäßige Markt- und Kundenassessments und Erarbeitung von Produktstrategien

• Projekt & Demand Management

  • Betreuung der Einführung neuer Produkte und firmenübergreifender, strategischer Projekte (Projekt/Programm Management)

  • Interne Abstimmung und Priorisierung neuer Entwicklungsthemen aus allen Fachbereichen

  • Erstellung Requirements/Anforderungsdokumente aus dem eigenen Fachbereich

  • Unterstützung aller Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung von Anforderungsdokumenten

• Führung und Motivation eines Teams

Ihre Aufgaben

• Berufserfahrung im Produkt/Projekt Management von digitalen Produkten

• Erfahrung im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr / Payments POS und/oder eCommerce

• Technische Affinität gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Strategisches und analytisches Know-how kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität

• Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
