Job Title

QUALITY ASSURANCE – TESTER

Responsible for the application design, development, testing, integration, maintenance, sustainment and delivery of software packages. Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, tests and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Use programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Responsibilities

· Quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirement.

· Performs quality assurance and testing using state-of-the art software applications testing processes (i.e., testing "clean room") but may also include manual QA/Testing.

· Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy.

· Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.

· Collaborates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing.

· Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved

· Supports and supervises performance tests supported with FTS equipment

· Responsible for reporting incidents during the test execution and documenting the case

· Responsible for monitoring the resolution of incidents according to SLAs

· Prepare and document evidence of the tests executed before delivering the code to the client

· Responsible for documenting test cases and publishing evidence in the Bank's tool and in internal sharepoint.

Profile

· Minimum 2-3 years in similar or related role

· Experience in bank transfers or payment methods

· Experience in projects with scrum methodology

· Fluent English

· Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel testing under the scrum framework

· Focused quality with great attention to detail

· Technical context, understand the technical and functional documents to generate your test cases, document

· Testing: functional, regression, stress and concept

· Work in dedicated cells

· Knowledge in Test matrices and Test Cases

· Banking transaction simulations (is a plus)
