Inside Sales RepresentativeWhat does a great Insides Sales Representative at Fiserv do?
As an Inside Sales Representative at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in generating leads and driving new sales for our digital services portfolio. You will be responsible for educating, developing, and proactively managing multiple reseller channels, clients, and prospective clients. This role requires a sales quota and relies heavily on your strong presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What you will do:
- Develop rapport with Fiserv business units to qualify leads and uncover opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new clients for our digital services.
- Conduct sales presentations via web conferencing and on-site visits.
- Collaborate with the core team to renew existing clients.
- Generate sales to achieve quotas, revenue, and profit margins.
- Foster a strong working relationship with product, marketing, and installation support teams.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales to financial institutions or a related field.
- Knowledge of eCommerce-related products and services for financial institutions.
- Proven successful sales track record.
- Ability to handle a high volume of leads.
- Experience in telemarketing sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
What would be great to have:
- Positive, high-energy, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group presentation abilities.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to track numerous independent sales with timely follow-up.
