Product DirectorWhat does a Product Director do?
You will help the business understand and deliver to the market functionality that our Enterprise clients and prospects need to be successful, and focused on payments, while helping our business succeed. You'll work with internal groups, including Senior Management, Development, Sales, and Support, as well as with our customers to define the strategies, broad capabilities and detailed functions. You will be responsible for product strategy and innovation for our Client Experience products.
What you will do:
Participate in product positioning, project management, sales support, and customer support.
Search for new ways to accomplish traditional tasks, to understand the market, to challenge the status quo and to be confident presenting their business case.
Analyze and solve complex problems
Help influence leaderships across our clienteleto make strategic decisions and create product roadmap
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or combination of education, experience and military
8+ years experiencewithin product management
Experience with commonly used business analysis concepts, practices and procedures within software and web-based applications
Experience creating high-level and detailed product descriptions and definitions
Proven ability to engage with C-level across clients, internally
Strategic thinking, business planning
Proven track record of successfully managing and shipping software solutions (product development lifecycle, value propositions, OKRs and KPIs, cross functional collaboration, and has launched an end to end go-to-market strategy)
Experience with Product and Project Management Tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Miro, etc.
What would be great to have:
Experience within payments or financial software industry
Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies and the associated role of Product Owner.
Experience developing business cases
Strong analytical skills
Additional Information:
Ability to work weekends and off hours from time to time.
10% travel requirement
Salary Range:
-These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
