Was macht ein erfolgreicher Account Manager?

Als Account Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Bereitstellung exzellenter Services für die Ihnen zugewiesenen Kunden verantwortlich. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehört der Aufbau starker und sinnvoller Beziehungen zu unseren wichtigsten Kundenkontakten. Ihre Aufgaben reichen von Treffen mit Ihren Kunden über die Überprüfung von Dienstleistungen bis hin zur Erarbeitung neuer Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen, die wir unseren Kunden bieten.

Was Sie tun werden:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung eines Kundenportfolios von Privatbanken bei der Emissionsabwicklung (Tagesgeschäft, strategische Zusammenarbeit)

  • Weiterentwicklung der Kunden durch Cross- und Upselling

  • Virtuelle und persönliche Termine mit Kunden

  • Management von Kunden durch Projekte (Produkt, Compliance, Regulierung)

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenservice, IT, Produkt

  • Verantwortung für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung des Kundenportfolios

Sie arbeiten mit:

  • Ihre Kunden

  • IT-Betrieb

  • Operationen

  • Beziehungsmanagement/Vertrieb

  • Kundendienst EMEA

Was Sie brauchen:

  • Muss Deutsch sprechen können

  • Vorerfahrung im Kundenservice oder abgeschlossenes Studium

  • Starke Beziehungsentwicklung, Problemlösungs- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, einschließlich sehr guter Ausdrucks- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in

  • Wort und Schreiben

Was wäre toll zu haben:

  • Erfahrung im Bank-/Finanzwesen ist von Vorteil
