What does a successful Vice President, Transformation Marketing do at Fiserv?

As a visionary leader in Transformation Marketing, you will be at the helm, steering the strategic vision and operational execution of groundbreaking marketing initiatives to propel our growth and elevate our market presence. You’ll play a pivotal role in launching and nurturing innovative transformational marketing campaigns that redefine the way we engage with our audiences.

In partnership with your dedicated team, external consultants, influential stakeholders, and creative agency support, you will craft and execute comprehensive strategies designed to resonate in the ever-evolving landscape of Merchant Solutions. This essential position will be instrumental in meeting our business goals, fueling customer acquisition, enhancing retention, and amplifying engagement. As the driving force behind our marketing evolution, you will shape the narrative and ensure that Fiserv remains at the forefront of the industry.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the Merchant Solutions group and best-in-class principals from the marketing organization
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new products and existing solutions that drive customer acquisition, productivity, retention, and engagement
• Collaborate with product leadership, sales, operations, and finance to identify market opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions and drive innovation
• Manage a high performing marketing team that consistently delivers best-in-class results
• Report on performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data driven insights
• Build strong relationships across the organization to enhance overall outcomes  

What you will need to have:

• 12+ years of media marketing experience
• 7+ years’ experience managing a direct and matrix team
• 5+ years Business to consumer (B2C) experience and business to business (B2B) experience
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience within the financial services or fintech industry
