What does a successful Director of Data, Production and Insight Activation do at Fiserv?

The Director of Data, Production and Insight Activation within Data Commerce Solutions plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing a portfolio of core data capabilities, taking them from concept to activation. In this role, you will have a keen ability to bridge data and analytics with business applications, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact for our customers and partners. As a successful candidate, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about leading data-driven transformation.

What you will do:

• Activate data and analytics strategies that inform product development and commercialization.
• Manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of data capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analytics, product, sales, and marketing to drive capability and product development.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to enhance the portfolio with innovative solutions.
• Drive the commercialization of data assets, developing value-driven narratives for customers and partners.
• Establish mechanisms to track capability success against KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Develop consultative strategies with sales teams to effectively sell data products and solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and customer-centricity within the team.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field, and or equivalent military experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or strategy roles within financial services or fintech.
• Experience managing a portfolio of data capabilities and products in a high-growth environment.
• Expertise in product development, data commercialization, and bringing data-driven innovations to market.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with experience articulating product value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What would be great to have:

• Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in payment systems and consumer financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to track and measure performance against KPIs in a data-focused role.
• Deep understanding of market intelligence and emerging technology trends.
• Proven experience in sales enablement and developing consultative sales strategies.
